Brussels, 23/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 19 March, the European Commission adopted a proposal to transpose into Community law the amendments recently brought to the Greenland halibut recovery plan that was adopted by the contracting parties of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (NAFO). This recovery plan is reviewed by NAFO at regular intervals.
