MEPs want future European Private Company to have cross-border character

Brussels, 11/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 10 March, the European Parliament adopted the advisory report of Klaus-Heiner Lehne (EPP-ED, Germany) on the draft regulation introduced the European Private Company (EPC) (EUROPE 9680). This endorses and approves the legal affairs committee's suggestion of making these future companies into cross-border entities.
