Brussels, 11/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 9 March, the report by Jean-Luc Dehaene (EPP-ED, Belgium) on the institutional implications of the Lisbon Treaty was adopted by they EP constitutional affairs committee by 18 votes to 1, with 1 abstention (see EUROPE 9858). The main points are:
