11/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 10 March, the European Commission authorised the proposed joint acquisition of Thales by Dassault Aviation and TSA (all French companies). After the examination, the Commission concluded that the operation would not impede effective competition in the European Economic Area or in any substantial part of it.
