Commission authorises GM oilseed rape T45 in EU

Brussels, 11/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The genetically modified oilseed rape T45 by Bayer CropScience will be authorised in the EU for import, processing, human and animal feed. This was decided by the European Commission on Tuesday 10 March on the basis of a favourable scientific opinion from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
