Rotorsim bought by Agusta and CAE

Brussels, 02/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 2 March, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of Rotorsim Srl of Italy by Agusta SpA (Agusta) of Italy and CAE Aviation Training BV (CAE) of the Netherlands. Joint control of Rotorsim was achieved through the purchase of shares in a newly created firm constituting a joint venture. Agusta, which is controlled by Finmeccanica, manufactures helicopters and provides related services. CAE provides simulation...
