02/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission granted clearance, on Monday 2 March, to the acquisition of joint control of the Chilean assets of Itínere of Spain by Atlantia SpA of Italy and Acciona of Spain. Atlantia operates toll motorways in Italy and abroad. Acciona is active in infrastructure, energy, water and concession services.
