Brussels, 23/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 25 February, the European Commission is to propose to allow the Member States the opportunity to make European micro-enterprises exempt from the fourth accounting directive (78/660/EEC) on the annual accounts of capital companies.
