Brussels, 23/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - It is not certain that the European Council of 19-20 March will decide on new funding mechanisms to be negotiated in the context of the global climate agreement in Copenhagen next December. This is down to the fact that the fight against the economic and financial crisis has given a number of EU member states a lot more to chew on.
