EU27 anti-terror policies under the spotlight

Brussels, 20/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 19 February 2009, the European Commission published a working document collating information provided by the 27 EU member states on anti-terror and fundamental rights legislation. The document summarises the member states' answers to a questionnaire they received in December 2007 on criminal law and administrative and procedural rights on the war on terror.
