Expectations of NGOs before meeting of EU foreign ministers

Brussels, 23/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - Several NGOs hope Monday's External Relations Council (see related article) will deliver a number of powerful messages. Speaking to the press, they urged in succession for the end of the blockade on the Gaza Strip, the setting in place of a fact-finding commission with a broad mandate, and a call for a government of unity in Palestine.
