Brussels, 23/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - The agenda of the General Affairs/External Relations Council, in Brussels on Monday 26 January, the first under Czech Presidency, is not a long one, but it carries great political importance. Discussion will focus in particular on energy security, relations with Ukraine and Russia, the Middle East and the closure of Guantanamo.
