Brussels, 20/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 16 January, the EU Council of Ministers, using the written procedure, adopted the regulation of total allowable catches (TACs) and quotas for 2009, agreed unanimously by fisheries ministers on 19 December (see EUROPE 9808).
