20/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - Since 15 January, the Council of the Notariats of the European Union (CNUE) has had a new president in the person of Mr Bernard Reynis. This Frenchman took over from Mr Juan Bolas Alfonso, who was CNUE President in 2008. The CNUE is an official body bringing together the notarial organisations of 21 EU countries and represents the 40,000 European notaries in dealings with the European institutions.
