20/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 16 January, the European Commission approved the acquisition of sole control of Volgo-Balt Transport Holding (Volgo-Balt) of Cyprus by Jysk Stalinindustrie ApS (Jysk) of Denmark. The latter is a holding company belonging to the Dutch Universal Cargo Logistics Holding B.V., a sea port and stevedoring service provider in Russia.
