Brussels, 23/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament is urging EU member states to rapidly ratify and implement the stabilisation and association agreement (ASA) signed by the EU and Bosnia Herzegovina on 16 June 2008. The trade arm of the ASA has been in force since 1 July 2008 by means of an interim agreement signed in June to consolidate Bosnia Herzegovina's European prospects and provide it with a unique opportunity to gain access to peace, stability and prosperity, explain...
