New communication on remedies

Brussels, 23/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 22 October 2008, the European Commission unveiled a revised communication on the control of business concentrations in order to provide better information to companies on the best way to answer the Commission's competition concerns. The communication looks at “remedies”, in other words corrective measures to remove potential competition concerns from a planned merger or acquisition.
