Commission highlights absence of competition on Belgian landline market

Brussels, 23/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission believes that the Belgian telecoms regulatory authority allows too much leeway in the application of remedies to the fixed telephony market in Belgium, which remains one of the most expensive in Europe.
