Joint venture between Sodexo and Sofinco agreed

Brussels, 11/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 11 September, the European Commission granted clearance to the joint venture (through a sale of shares) between Sofinco, belonging to the French group Crédit Agricole SA and Sodexo Pass International, belonging to the French group Sodexo SA. Sofinco provides consumer credit and Sodexo Pass International is active in food and facilities management and service cards. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure....
