11/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - Contrary to what was stated in yesterday's edition, EUROPE 9737, Germany will enjoy positive growth in the fourth quarter of 2008. According to the Commission's economic forecasts, GDP will, indeed, fall by 0.2% in the third quarter, but will increase by 0.2% in the fourth. Annual growth is expected to be 1.8% due largely to the very good results of the first quarter (1.3%). (A.B./transl.rt)
