Luxembourg, 12/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 12 June, the Council adopted conclusions on the European Commission's communication on benefiting from the digital dividend. The Commission underlined that the transition from terrestrial analogue television, planned for 2012, will free up significant spectrum segments (the digital dividend).
