European Chemicals Agency is officially opened in Helsinki after being operational for past year

Brussels, 03/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), established pursuant to the REACH regulation on the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction processes of chemical substances, was officially opened in Helsinki on Tuesday 3 June, where its seat is located.
