Brussels, 15/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - In Brdo (Slovenia) on Thursday 15 May, the European Union and the United States officially kicked off negotiations on the second phase of the “Open Skies” agreement liberalising transatlantic air traffic (see EUROPE 9379).
