Brussels, 28/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - Joe Borg, the European commissioner for maritime affairs, and Andrey Krainiy, the chairman of the State Committee for Fisheries of the Russian Federation, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on dialogue on fisheries on Friday 25 April.
