28/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 28 April 2008, the European Commission authorised acquisition of joint control of Morrison Utility Services Limited (Morrison Utility) of the UK by Englefield Capital LLP (Englefield) and Cognetas Fund II (GP) Limited (Cognetas), both of the UK.
