28/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 25 April, the European Commission granted clearance to the planned of acquisition of joint control of Domo Polypropylene BV (Domo PP) of Belgium by Carmel Olefins Ltd of Israel, controlled by Oil Refineries Ltd and Israel Petrochemicals Enterprises Ltd, and Domo Chemicals NV of Belgium.
