31/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 31 March 2008, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the acquisition of joint control of Green Metals Poland (GMPL) by Scholz AG of Germany and Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) of Japan, through the buying of shares in a newly created joint enterprise.
