18/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 17 December in Brussels, the European Commission hosted the 2nd meeting of the Network of Energy Security Correspondents (NESCO), set up in May (EUROPE 9424). Through a controlled web access portal, NESCO allows information to be diffused between member states and the European Commission in real time, and early warning to be given regarding any hitch in EU energy supply security.
