18/12/2007 (Agence Europe) -On 18 December, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Cam Petroli S.r.l. (Campetroli) of Italy by AgipFuel S.p.A. (AgipFuel) of Italy (through a share buy out), belonging to the Italian group Eni S.p.A. AgipFuel currently exercises joint control over Campetroli.
