EU in favour of Cape Verde joining WTO

Brussels, 18/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council has issued a favourable opinion on accession by the Cape Verde islands to the World Trade Organisation. This decision, adopted by written procedure on 14 December, was presented during the WTO General Council on 18 December. (E.H.)
