Brussels, 18/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 18 December at the European Parliament, the Portuguese prime minister José Socrates, speaking at an extraordinary plenary session in Brussels, drew up a very positive balance sheet for the Portuguese presidency's past half year.
