Brussels, 10/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 10 December, the WTO appeal body confirmed the decision of a WTO panel on 12 June in the dispute between the EU and Brazil over retreaded tyres (EU complaint against Brazil, DS 332, see EUROPE 9445).
