10/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 29 November, the Council adopted Regulation 1419/2007/EC closing the partial re-assessment on anti-dumping measures on imports of fluorescent lamps from China. The re-assessment on lamps manufactured by Lisheng Electronic of China has been closed without alteration of Regulation 1205/2007/EC which extended the measures in place since 2001 for a year (see EUROPE 9523).
