Brussels, 10/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 7 December, the European Commission approved a package of 10 operational programmes totalling €920 million for 2007-2009 to support candidate countries in regional development and human resources in the applicant countries, Croatia, Turkey, and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. This investment is being made available within the framework of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA).
