In Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, 78 MEPs and 78 ACP (African, Cairibbean/Pacific) parliamentarians meeting in the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly adopted a declaration on Thursday 22 November on the current negotiations over Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) between the EU and six regions of the ACP group currently bound to the EU through the Cotonou Agreement (a partnership for development agreement).
