07/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The committee on budgetary control of the European Parliament has taken position in favour of the seven candidates for the post of members of the Court of Auditors: David Bostock of the United Kingdom, France's Michel Cretin, Maarten Engwirda of the Netherlands, Henri Grethen of Luxembourg, the German Harald Noack, the Greek Ioannis Sarmas and Austria's Hubert Weber.
