Luxembourg, 11/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling made on 11 October, the European Court of Justice confirmed that a sale of immovable property cannot be executed if Community law has frozen the buyer's economic resources, even if relevant legislation had not been introduced until after the signing of the contract.
