Benita Ferrero-Waldner to visit Kaliningrad

Brussels, 11/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - EU External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner is visiting Kaliningrad on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 October. During her visit, she will meet with Sergey Yastrzhembsky, an aide to the Russian president, Governor Georgy Boos, and Regional Development Minister Dmitri Kozak to discuss Kaliningrad's development prospects and further EU aid, including improvements to Kaliningrad border crossings.
