11/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 11 October, the European Commission granted clearance under the EU Merger Regulation to the acquisition of joint control by American International Group Inc (“AIG”, USA) and the Orco Property Group (“Orco”, Luxembourg) of Hospitality Invest S.a.r.l (“Hospitality Invest”, Luxembourg), currently solely controlled by “Orco”.
