11/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - The 15th Annual Congress of Eurochambres will be held in Paris on 25-26 October. More than 500 representatives from chambers of commerce and industry of 45 countries of Europe will discuss the competitiveness of European regions under the heading 'Business and regional development: growth will come from the ground!'. At the congress, Eurochambres President Pierre Simon and ACFCI President Jean-Francois Bernardin will unveil a study on the competitiveness of the regions of the 27 EU member states and will explain the success of the EU's regional economy. Other leading speakers include French Prime Minister Francois Fillon, Vice-President of the European Commission Jacques Barrot, and President of the Committee of the Regions Michel Delebarre.
