11/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 9 October, the European Commission formally adopted a decision to establish the second healthcare action programme, which will run from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2013 with an indicative budget of €321.5 million (see also Europe 9466). (oj)
