11/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 10 October, the European Commission granted clearance under to the acquisition of joint control (through the purchase of shares) of Hörmann Automotive Components (HAC) of Germany by Man Nutzfahrzeuge Aktiengesellschaft (MN), belonging to the MAN Aktiengesellschaft group (MAN) of Germany and Hörmann Industrie Beteiligungs (Hörmann), also of Germany.
