No change in interest rates now, hike possible in September

Brussels, 02/08/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 2 August, the European Central Bank (ECB) decided to keep the eurozone interest rates unchanged. The minimum bid rate on the main refinancing operations, and the interest rates on the marginal lending facility and the deposit facility, will remain unchanged at 4.00%, 5.00% and 3.00% respectively.
