Luxembourg, 02/08/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) is lending €190 million to Croatian gas transport company Plinacro for the expansion and modernisation of the national gas network during investment period 2007-2011. This strategic project will reinforce Croatia's national gas network's interconnections with those of neighbouring EU member states and candidate countries, strengthening security of supply and integration of the EU gas grid.
