22/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The presentation of the report on the implementation of directive 2004/25/EC on takeover bids, scheduled for 15 February, has been postponed until 12 March (see EUROPE 9359 and 8677). The presentation will take place just after Internal Market Commissioner Charlie McCreevy's return from the United States, where he is due to meet US authorities to take forward several trans-Atlantic financial services matters.
