06/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice published its ruling in Case C-370/05 on 25 January 2007, whereby Danish legislation may not impose residency restrictions on purchasers of farms. German national Uwe Kay Festersen bought a farm in Denmark but the Danish authorities refused to let him sell the farm on because he didn't live in it.
