Examination of six countries' Stability and Convergence Programmes - Poland gets extra time to reduce its budget deficit

Brussels, 06/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - Following assessment of the first series of Stability and Convergence Programmes (Europe 9350), the European Commission will be looking on Wednesday at the budget performance of six further Member States (Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta and Poland).
