Brussels, 29/01/2007 (Agence Europe) - The main events of the European Parliament's mini-session in Brussels on 31 January and 1 February will be the speeches by the presidents of the two new member states: Romanian President Traian Basecu will speak on Wednesday at 3.00 pm and Bulgarian President Georgui Parvanov on Thursday at 11.00 am.
