Ministers favourably welcome Commission's proposals on legal and illegal immigration

Brussels, 06/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - At Tuesday's Justice and Home Affairs Council, the Home Affairs Ministers of the EU gave a broadly favourable welcome to the proposals presented last week by the Commissioner with responsibility for Immigration, Franco Frattini.
