Court Advocate General supports dismissal of appeal from Danone over fine on illegal agreement

Brussels, 21/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Justice Advocate General Miguel Poiares Maduro presented his conclusions on 16 November in case C-/ P (Danone/Commission), confirming for the main part, the previous ruling from the Court of First Instance.
